SALES MANAGER


Job Qualification:
• Minimum 4 years experience in sales management.
• Experience in Real Estate or Insurance Company.
• Must have excellent leadership skills, ability to build a sales force.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Make use of ideas submitted by team members.
• Define and set up a method to track team’s activities.
Job Description:
• Evaluating the sales team's performance on a monthly / quarterly / semi – annual and yearly basis.
• Ensuring the adherence of the Company’s policies and procedures.
• Provide a high level of quality monitoring to ensure a dedicated and continuous progress of the team.
• Ensuring the frequent training and update for all the sales team.
• Conducting weekly meetings with all the sales team.
• Monitoring and coaching the sales team performance, coordinating between the departments.
• Reporting, reviewing and monitoring a yearly sales plan presentation, Analyzing sales opportunities
• Reporting sales to higher management
• Forecasting sales, Managing the sales pipeline
• Directs leads to sales staff, Identifying customer issues
• Reviewing all incoming listings for validity and accuracy of prices, activating sales contracts.
• Streaming customer correspondence, Identifying new business channels
• Supervising the daily schedules and business plans of real estate agents
